Latest news: A further step in supporting young talent

By training Sandra Schott within the scope of a three-year apprenticeship as certified event manager, we have already proven that educating and supporting young talent is very important to us. This was the first remarkable step we took in September 2011. Four weeks after the beginning of her apprenticeship, the certified event manager to-be is still very happy about her career choice and being part of the Intercongress-team!
As of October 1, 2011 we are now taking one further step: In cooperation with the International University of Cooperative Education(IBA) we will train a student in the specialist field of “Event, Fair and Congress Management” based on the dual system. The practical part will take place at our head office in Wiesbaden, the theoretical part will be covered at the IBA in Darmstadt.
Out of a pool of 17 very good applications and three brilliant job interviews, we decided in favour of Cosima Fritz. We are now looking forward to three exciting and instructive years with her as our BA student!
