Our help is needed!
This year, again, our Christmas donation supports the outstanding commitment of the "Medizinische Kinderschutzambulanz" at the University Children's Hospital Frankfurt/Main.
Since November, 2010, the institution offers a round the clock support for children and young people suspected of suffering from maltreatment, neglect or abuse, and examines and treats them in an interdisciplinary and systematic manner.

Intercongress donates …
… and provides the Montessori Centre Freiburg e. V. with 30 computers and appropriate accessories. Obviously, they are not the latest versions, but according to the head of the affiliated grammar school these devices are very useful for educational needs. Thus, the elderly devices in the middle school library and in the learning studio can be replaced.

Cooperation between Intercongress and "Deutsche Bahn"!
In order to promote the use of public transportation among congress participants, Intercongress has concluded a frame agreement with “Deutsche Bahn” for their special event ticket – which is a valuable contribution to climate protection.
By using the event ticket “Umwelt-Plus” for the 28th AGA Congress in Regensburg and the German Congress of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (DKOU 2011) in Berlin, a total of 39,032 pounds of CO2 could be saved in the year 2011.

… that's why our company has been sending them to the v. Bodelschwingh Foundation in Bethel, Germany, for 15 years now. We are gladly supporting their vision of a natural coexistence as well as a joint learning and working environment for all different people - strengthening individualism within the group.
