Phase 1: Speakers submit their abstracts online. There they can access them and make any necessary changes, up until the deadline.
Phase 2: Reviewers can look at abstracts within their subject areas, download them, and assess them online.
Phase 3: The scientific committee evaluates the abstracts, including any other assessments, comments, and allocations.
Phase 4: Intercongress sets up the time, room, and seating plan in the central database. It will then appear on the conference website at the click of a button, and can also be printed out.
